Help in a Water Emergency
It is always safer to swim in a place watched by lifeguards, but if you happen to be in a place with no surveillance like a home pool, you must foresee any emergency and be ready to avoid it
Have an emergency code to aloud other people an emergency is going on and you need quick help.
Have a safety element with you. For instance, a ring buoy or any other safety device.
Know how to act in an emergency. In areas with no lifeguards or at home, gather your family and friends and teach them what to do if an emergency occurs.
Remember the actions listed in the chart to keep safe. Only people trained in water lifesaving techniques must perform a rescue in the water. If you are not trained, always prioritize your safety.
